There are hundreds of organizations and private workers in our our area that say they specialize in Alzheimer’s and dementia care. Your Care Navigator will work with you to help you select an agency or private in-home care worker, that will best meet your needs and the needs of your loved one.

And we are very selective. We only work with the most well respected agencies in South Florida, all of whom have demonstrated many years of proven experience working with Alzheimer’s/dementia patients and their families.


Once you have selected someone to help you care for your loved one, careful coordination is so important.  Your Care Navigator will help coordinate everything from patient care needs, to the scheduling of appointments and in-home work schedules.
