The Alzheimer’s Care Resource Center has opened a new office in Wellington, Florida to provide programs and services to caregivers throughout the Wellington and Western Palm Beach County area.

Programs and services available at the Wellington office will include counseling (Medicare accepted) and Caregiver Coaching services; comprehensive case management; assistance with determining eligibility for State and/or Federal programs and assistance with long term care planning. Additional services include training, education, resources, weekly support groups and monthly workshops.

The Alzheimer’s Care Resource Center Wellington is the only non-profit organization in South Florida dedicated strictly to meeting the individual needs of family caregivers, from the time of diagnosis, through end-of-life care.

Alzheimer’s Care Community Support Groups

Alzheimer’s care community support groups are facilitated throughout Palm Beach County. Alzheimer’s caregivers support group locations West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Wellington, Lake Worth and Palm Beach Gardens for Alzheimer’s family caregivers and early-stage Alzheimer’s caregiver support groups.
