Hello and welcome to Monday Mojo for Caregivers. Unfortunately, there’s no way to reverse aging, but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t feel young at heart.

Find out how to make yourself feel younger today with these helpful tips!

  1. Discover a new place

Exploring a new environment is enough to open your eyes and make you feel young again. Spend time discovering new shops, nature trails, and museums in your area.

  1. Refresh your look

Try a new haircut or consider getting a makeover. Other options are to dye your hair at home, or try curls for a new look. Be playful with different styles to bring out your inner child.

  1. Spend time with the kids or grandchildren

Spending time with children is a great way to feel young again because you can’t help but laugh along with them. Take young kids to the park for a day of fun.

  1. Try something new

Trying new things can be scary, but it can also be good for you. Step out of your comfort zone. Try a new food, a new hobby or break a bad habit. Once you’ve accomplished that you’ll feel better and younger.

  1. Listen to upbeat music

Research shows that music set to a fast beat gets our hearts beating faster as well as releasing endorphins. Listen to today’s pop music or upbeat songs.
