Thank you for so much for your interest in helping caregivers of those diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.

How to HelpCaring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia can be a long, stressful, and intensely emotional journey. And as the disease progresses and the patient loses one ability after another, caregivers faces overwhelming challenges and a host of grief experiences as they watch their loved one’s memories and abilities disappear forever.

Right now, there are tens of thousands of caregivers in our community that are caring for someone with Alzheimer’s, dementia or other neurocogntive disorder, and every aspect of their daily life is impacted.

As their first point of contact, the Alzheimer’s Care Resource Center is here for them whenever they reach out. We embrace them with all of the care, support, services and programs that they need to move forward on their difficult and often heartbreaking caregiving journey. At the time of diagnosis, when the road gets rough, when tough decisions must be made, through end of life care.  Caregivers are never alone.
