On Wednesday February 18, 2015, Elayne Forgie, President and CEO of the Alzheimer’s Care Resource Center will begin facilitating a weekly support group at Heartland Health Care Center in Boynton Beach.

The newly forming caregiver support group will begin with a special 3 Part Series entitled “Got Guilt? Managing the Many Emotions of Caregiving”.
