Caring for Your Aging Parents
The Geriatric Care Managers (Aging Life Care Professionals™) at the Alzheimer’s Care Resource Center help our clients care for their aging parents. We know that every person and every family is different and in order to help our clients successfully meet their needs and wishes, we try to include the whole family throughout the assessment and care planning process.
Our goal is to identify the problems that are unique to your individual situation, and provide appropriate solutions in a way that preserves your loved one’s dignity and maximizes their potential, while keeping them in the least restrictive environment.
Frequently, families want to keep their aging parent at home for as long as possible and our staff can help make that possible; but they are also highly experienced in helping families find the best assisted living community or long term care setting, if living at home is no longer a viable option.
It can be hard to manage your loved one’s complex care needs if you live at at distance, or still have a full-time career; and you may not know where to begin. We can help make it a little easier. Reach out to us today and let’s begin with a conversation. We will listen and help you decide if any of our programs or services can help. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
