Elayne Forgie Nominated for 2014 Women in Leadership Award (WILA)
Press Release (West Palm Beach, FL, March 11, 2014, 2014) – Elayne Forgie, the President and CEO of the Alzheimer’s Care Resource Center has been nominated for the 2014 Women in Leadership Award (WILA) in the public sector category.
Executive Women of the Palm Beaches (EWPB) presents its Annual Women In Leadership Awards to exemplary women who have demonstrated extraordinary achievements and leadership in the private, public and volunteer sectors. The Luncheon is one of the county’s most successful community events, attracting approximately 600 attendees annually.
“It is an honor to be nominated and to be among all of the wonderful women who have, and continue to serve and/or provide, outstanding care, services and programs to members of the South Florida community”, said Elayne Forgie.
While the luncheon recognizes the achievements and celebrates the contributions of exceptional executive women, proceeds of the Luncheon provide critically needed scholarship assistance. The Women in Leadership Awards program has raised significant dollars to help promising young women in our community pursue their dream of a college education.
